Walking Challenge with a twist!

The whole goal of Walk Week is to get you outside and walking! But we're going to encourage you to set a goal! Just like the New Year Step Challenge, let's see if you can meet your own goals for five days! 

  • Select your goal! 
  • For each day you meet your goal, that's how many times your name is in the hat to win one of our apple watches! 
  • Submit your steps at the end of the week and wait on our email!

Walk Week Bingo: Outdoors Edition

We want you outside and enjoying the sunshine! We're bringing back our Wellness Bingo but we're going to add some extra outdoor activities to get you motivated.

  • Each day during the week of April 24th - 28th, we will send out three activities for you to complete. 
  • Everyone that participates will be entered to win the Apple Watch! 
  • If you get BINGO before the week is over, your name goes in twice for the Apple Watches, plus you win prizes!
