What: Join SABRE this year for a deep dive into national and regional economic and real estate market trends, insurance market dynamics, and the future importance of resilience. Experts will discuss national monetary policy; the critical connection between insurance and reinsurance markets; and, the importance of resilience to the future of life along the coast. 

Attendees should be able to evaluate and discuss the following:

  • current conditions and future directions in U.S. monetary policy;
  • relationship between real estate markets and insurance markets, and how insurance market challenges are impacting real estate markets;
  • relationship between insurance markets and reinsurance markets, and how these relationships are impacting real estate markets;
  • importance of the relationship between resilience and real estate, and specifically, how these relationships impact consumers;
  • current conditions with respect to efforts by the Alabama Department of Insurance to deal with these complex problems.

In light of all of the above, they should be able to derive ways to better prepare themselves to serve consumers.

Continuing education credits will be available for accounting professionals (6.0 CPE hours' credit approved), real estate professionals (6.0 CE credits approved) and legal professionals (6.0 CLU approved, incl. 1hr of ethics).
