Guest Passes
USA students and members of the Student Recreation Center are permitted to bring a guest to our facility per our guest policy.
Instructions for guest pass purchase:
- The USA Student/SRC Member will need to fill out the SRC Guest Sign-In below.
- Please note the following:
- Guests 19 and over are required to upload a copy of their Driver’s License to the form.
- Guests 18 and under will be asked for a picture upload on the day of entry into the facility.

- Beginning October 1st, 2026, our prices for SRC Guest Passes are as follows:
- Online - $10/pass (Limited to 2 passes per day)
- In-Person via Credit Card at the SRC Member Desk - $15/pass (Limited to 2 passes per day)
- There are two options to pay for the SRC Guest Passes:
- Paying through the SRC Member Portal
- Click here to access the SRC Member Portal.
- USA students and faculty/staff members use the Single Sign-On by selecting the option “Faculty/Staff & Student Users (SSO) Click Here”.
- All other SRC members should use their Jag Number to login.
- If you’re having trouble with our member portal, please email srcmembership@southalabama.edu and notify the SRC Member Desk staff. Please allow 1-3 business days for assistance from our Member Services Office. You should be prepared to pay at the SRC Member Desk using a credit card.
- Once logged in, the SRC member should click the icon labeled “Guest Pass” and add the pass to their cart.
- Check out to pay for the pass.
- Upon entry to the facility, inform the SRC front desk staff that you purchased a pass, and they will check you and your guest in.
- Paying via Credit Card at the SRC Member Desk
- We do not accept cash at the SRC Member Desk.
- All transactions will be provided a receipt.
- Refunds cannot be processed at the SRC Member Desk. Please click here for more information regarding refunds for guest passes.

Lockers & Towel Service

Keep your belongings safe and secure by renting a locker in the Student Recreation Center. Lockers are assigned for one year (June 1st to May 31st). Each month is prorated from the original rental price. Full-sized lockers begin at $75/year; half-sized lockers begin at $50/year.
These services do not qualify for faculty/staff payroll deduction and must be paid by credit card.
