Anthropology is the science of humanity and includes everything human! It covers people of all places, times and cultures. We work to understand what it means to be human, solve modern problems and shape our future for the better. Anthropology is an engaging discipline that broadens one’s worldview, promotes critical thinking skills applicable far beyond anthropology, and provides a holistic and humanistic perspective necessary to living and working in an increasingly global economy and community.
Many anthropology graduates are not hired under the title of “anthropologist.” Instead, anthropologists work in all sorts of industries, including academia, law, medicine, government, museums, tech companies, non-profits and social services. In our Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology program, students learn how to apply their anthropological skillset to craft their own career path.
