Program Structure
The MBA includes seven core courses and three electives, each worth three credit hours, for a total of 30 credit hours. Taught by experienced faculty, courses combine concepts with practical applications that prepare you for immediate impact.
Core Courses (21 Credit Hours)
Quantitative Analysis Using Information Systems

Managing Accounting Information
Use financial and managerial accounting to guide strategic decisions. Analyze budgets,
                        costs, and financial statements, applying tools like CVP analysis, activity-based
                        costing, and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation, pricing, and investments.
Managing in the Business Environment
Navigate business decisions within the context of ethics, sustainability, and stakeholder
                        interests. Apply economic principles, statistical analysis, and game theory to make
                        data-driven decisions under uncertainty while communicating effectively.
Managing Customers
Master the art of building and sustaining customer and vendor relationships. Develop
                        market plans, analyze vendors, and integrate data-driven insights to create value
                        for your organization and stakeholders.
Managing Finance and Capital
Explore the theory and practice of managing organizational capital. Learn to estimate
                        the cost of funds, evaluate investments with NPV, IRR, and MIRR, and make strategic
                        decisions on capital structure, dividends, and financial management.
Managing People
Understand organizational behavior and enhance your leadership skills. Apply evidence-based
                        strategies to improve teamwork, motivation, and decision-making, while developing
                        self-awareness and professional communication.
Managing and the Decision Process (Capstone)
Integrate your MBA knowledge to tackle complex organizational challenges. Make strategic,

Electives (9 Credit Hours)
