Strong northerly winds will gradually diminish this afternoon

into Tuesday morning as surface high pressure builds across the

region. Winds will shift to an onshore flow Tuesday afternoon and

increase to light to moderate Tuesday night and continue through

Thursday as surface ridge builds across the eastern Gulf.
