Student Experiences

University of South Alabama recently announced the newly elected 2026-27 Student Government Association officers. Two officers have previous study abroad experience.

Sixteen study abroad alumni received the Global Engagement Certificate on April 9th. Coordinated by Dr. Christine Rinne, the GEC requires nine credit hours or 360 contact hours of globally engaged activity which can be completed through study abroad, internships (co-ops, practicums), service learning, or a leadership role in a campus organization with an international focus.
