▼   J-WIT (Women in Technology)

Jaguar Women in Technology (J-WIT) is a student organization at the University of South Alabama created for the purpose of supporting women in technology.

▼   Student Ambassador Program

This group represents the School of Computing at major events, supports recruiting efforts, and helps showcase the excellence of our programs. Ambassadors build leadership skills, network with faculty and industry partners, and assist with events throughout the year.

▼   Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)

The SA ACM is a chapter of the national ACM organization, and is dedicated to advocating for the professional aspects of all computing fields, as well as exposing the students at South, regardless of major, to a variety of different research fields in the computing sciences and to career opportunities in the world of information technology.

▼   USA Robotics Club

The goal of the Robotics Club is to share a passion for robotics while building skills, friendships, and exciting opportunities along the way. Members learn together, collaborate on hands-on projects, and may even travel to new places. Everyone is welcome to join the USA Robotics Club—no prior experience required.

This student group works on the design and implementation of 2-D and 3-D video games.
